Mighty Box
From MightyWiki
Mighty Box is an open source computer utility software for Windows distributed freely, that was started by Eyal Wiener. It allows users to use the keyboard to rapidly perform tasks such as launching applications, manipulating files and data, running scripts, or sending e-mail. Mighty Box is centered on a very simple three-panel interface, called the "command window": the user performs complex tasks using simple, configurable key-combinations.
The three-panel interface consists of constructing a command in a way that resembles to constructing a sentence in the English language, which makes it very intuitive. In linguistic typology, subject-verb-object (SVO) is a sentence structure where the subject comes first, the verb second, and the object third. Mighty Box uses this common order found in more than 75% of the world's languages. It is also the most common order developed in Creole languages, suggesting that it may be somehow more initially 'obvious' to human psychology.
Mighty Box is hosted on launchpad and is currently during first stages of development
